My work has evolved, just like me, to offer a totally holistic, grounded and balanced approach to ones individual healing needs, including my own! Exploring ways of healing myself & supporting that in others through my ongoing practice and research in body awareness, intuitive healing, shamanism, mysticism, guided transformative meditation, vibrational healing, chakra clearing, kinesiology, remedial massage, feng shui and sound healing as well as a number of other complimentary modalities over the past 15 years. My work maintains the flexible, flowing and intuitive foundation that reflects my journey into education, healing and teaching. My work follows my calling to share my experiences, my discoveries and my truth with others and nurture individuals in their own journey of healing & awakening. I wanted to know the REAL truth about EVERYTHING!!! Venturing further afield from this structured faith, service & practice in my late teens after discovering psychedelics, outdoor lifestyle festivals, plant medicines, yoga, meditation & other mind expanding modalities, I began to ask question the notion of self, the church, my teachers, the universe and my community and was plunged into a world of uncertainty and a desperate need to uncover the truth of existence.
Invested in my own spiritual growth from a very young age and growing up in a big Catholic family, I was familiar with & grateful for the sacred nature and rituals in my life even as a little child, often going to church to sing & pray 2-3 times a week (often on my own), doing weekly charity work at soup kitchens & age care facilities and having many spiritual and mystical experiences in my local beautiful gothic church. I also honour and pay respects to the land where I was born and where I do my work, Melbourne -the land of the Wurrundjeri People. I give gratitude and thanks to my Ancestors and the ancestors of the land that I call home, the original custodians of the Boonurung and Boon Wurrung country of the Kulin Nation, the land that is home to our beloved Thriving Foods Farm Sanctuary in the asparagus growing capital of the world, Koo Wee Rup. I am a Shamanic Intuitive Visionary Songstress, Revolutionary, Permissionary, Sound Healer, Soul Midwife, Radical Self Expressionist and Performance Artist from Melbourne, Australia, home of the ancient Song Lines of the Rainbow Serpent and the Dream Time.
